Stephanie’s ideal clients are as follows:
- Human Resource Managers: Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in progressive HR Roles, and has found that these positions can be very isolating, especially in small and mid-sized companies where HR is often a one-man show. HR Managers walk a tightrope as they handle all of the confidential information of the company, and employees are frequently wary of interacting with whomever is in that position. It requires substantial, concentrated effort of relationship building to overcome the wariness, but it never completely goes away, as this position should also have a direct line to company executives.
- New to Management and “Homegrown” Managers: Homegrown managers are those that have demonstrated high degrees of commitment and performance to their company in a non-manager role and are now being given the chance to lead and manage others. When an employee transitions to manager, they encounter complex relational dynamics as they move from working side by side and being friends with their coworkers to suddenly being their manager and having to hold those friends accountable to goals and outcomes. Stephanie can guide these new leaders as they learn to cultivate culture while growing their business.
- Executives: Stephanie can specifically help executives who need a particular focus on enhancing their interpersonal skills, which could include better interviewing or coaching and counseling employees.
