“The work I do is so fulfilling. I help fast growth companies grow their leadership structures right from the start, and no growth companies get growing again. The formula is the same, yet the execution is different every time. There’s something exhilarating about being part of a great thing, an owner’s dreams and legacies made real. That’s the Spark.”

Founder & President
Sheryl Lyons founded Culture Spark to help leaders build culture as competitive advantage. She helps leaders improve their business performance by deliberately constructing a culture of purpose, clarification, leadership, and accountability. Culture Spark’s programs bridge the gap between a company’s promise to its customers and its employees’ ability to deliver on that promise.

Personal Life/Personality Questions
Lyons lives in Houston with her husband of 20 years, their two daughters, all native Houstonians, and three exotic pet tortoises. In her spare time, Lyons enjoys vocal music, gardening, gourmet cooking, camping, hiking, yoga, water sports, and international travel.
Who is your biggest fan?
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love fine dining or any dinner out with my family; being outdoors- walking, running, biking, hiking, and gardening. Digging in the dirt is therapeutic to me.
If you could possess one super-human power, what would it be?
It would be a power that allows me to show people other people’s perspectives- deeper understanding leads to compassionate action.
