10/9/2017 – Last September I sent out the first of Culture Spark’s semi-monthly email communications touting some 1st year successes and statistics for the firm. It’s hard to believe that another year has gone by. Every month you’ve been receiving content pieces about leadership, culture and management best practices, great-culture-company case studies, and personal messages from me and my team. Your response has been amazing!
Most companies get excited about achieving a 10-15% open rate from their email marketing “touch points.” I am extremely blessed to say that Culture Spark’s open rate is closer to an industry-shocking 40%. For this, all I can say is “Thank you!” Thank you for reading the material and sending me your notes of appreciation and application. I put a lot of thought and care into each message, ensuring each one is brief, relevant and applicable to my target market. Knowing how much they’re enjoyed keeps me writing, and helps me know I’m fulfilling my purpose to help leaders deliberately build great company cultures.
