It’s International Coaching Week and the team at Culture Spark is excited to share BIG news: Sheryl Lyons is now accredited as a Certified Master Coach (CMC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
To apply for the CMC, a coach must complete 65 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF’s standards.* An effective Coach establishes trust, co-creates the coaching relationship, listens well, understands how to work effectively with different personalities, utilizes the power of language, asks questions, and adheres to a strict Code of Ethics and Core Values.
Sheryl has been delivering supervisor, manager and executive training and team building programs for years that are informative, participant-engaging as well as entertaining. With this new coaching accreditation, Sheryl is able to better support the needs of her clients through coaching. As a Certified Master Coach, Sheryl will assist her clients in discovering and exploring what’s important to accelerate their success.
“Since 2015, I have turned my talents and attention toward positively impacting company performance through its culture, by aligning strategy with leadership discipline and execution. I love helping leaders inspire their people and helping businesses thrive.”
Please join us in congratulating Sheryl on her latest achievement. If you would like information regarding individual, executive or group coaching, please contact us.
