Account Manager

We are looking for new client-facing Account Managers to join our team.

Our ideal candidates will:

  • Have a Bachelor Degree and progressive HR/OD or related business experience
  • Have the polished client service skills needed to facilitate and lead client engagements under our high client service standards
  • Be self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Prefer working a part-time flexible schedule in a team environment

Duties Include

  • Using HR and Leadership knowledge and expertise, delivers consulting services to clients helping them deliberately build their corporate culture as a competitive advantage.
  • Leads and proactively drives client engagement for assigned clients.  Schedules and prepares for client meetings, including agendas, handouts and other materials.  Coordinates Culture Spark team resources, assigns and collects work assignments for client delivery.
  • Facilitates client leadership team meetings- directs conversations regarding strategic planning, leadership role clarity, succession planning, the processing and solving of business issues, etc.
  • Formulates, develops and prepares deliverables/materials arising out of client meetings within agreed upon timeframe.  Deliverables can include items such as meeting notes and action items, employee survey results, manager training modules, interview guides, orientation programs, performance review forms, competency matrices, employee communications, reward and recognition programs, benefit and compensation plans, job descriptions, handbooks, policies and procedures, etc.
  • Works with client resources to implement cultural programs and monitor their impact and effectiveness.  Recommends and leads change efforts where necessary.
  • Delivers services within the established Culture Spark framework and methodology.  With support of President, develops tools and processes to increase operational efficiency.
